Compliance Sidekick provides AI-powered regulatory compliance intelligence, including email briefs, task management, and team collaboration tools. Briefs are generated using artificial intelligence and reviewed by compliance professionals.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Redistribute or resell our compliance briefs without permission

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliance Sidekick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in accordance with the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compliance Sidekick and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
